Hello! We are Dominic & Laura Bertolini, the proud owners of the Pines of Paradise Resort on beautiful Paradise Lake in Carp Lake, Michigan located at the tip of the mitten just 5 miles South of the Mighty Mac.

Let us take you on a journey back in time, when life was simple. Take a tour of our 1930’s vintage cabins fully equipped with the conveniences of home.

Amenities

All Pines of Paradise Resort cabins are available April-October starting with Michigan Spring Season through Fall Colors. We also have some availability year round for those who love the Northern Michigan winters. Although most of our guests stay for the week, we do make arrangements for long weekends or other shorter duration stays as circumstances allow. We also specialize in family reunions and can accommodate up to 55 people at a time. Space for these types of gatherings fill up quickly, so please inquire well in advance of your desired dates.

Our cabins offer a feeling of traveling back in time with their 1930’s vintage charm. Nestled on all-sports Paradise Lake, secluded amongst the pine trees and nature calls of the loons, ducks, frogs, and owls. Truly a relaxing retreat creating moments in time to last a lifetime. After a day of sightseeing at one of the many local attractions, relax under the stars by the fire, or the deck on the bluff overlooking the lake. Gather in the Paradise Lodge, fully equipped with tourist brochures, books, games, puzzles, and cable TV.

Please be advised that LINENS & TOWELS are NOT INCLUDED, please BRING your own, if you choose not to, these items may be rented for $7.50 per person, simply choose the service at checkout. Thank you!

The cutest cabin I’ve ever stayed in. we stayed in cabin #8. Owners went above and beyond to accommodate and were so friendly and welcoming. they have an awesome community room with tv and a tiki bar outside playground boats. beautiful lake View. they also have a restaurant right down the road that is a must go to with a beautiful view.

We absolutely LOVED this place. This Labor Day was our first time staying here and we were so pleased. The staff was so generous and helpful, the cabins were perfect and cozy and the yard and playground was perfect for our family. We would recommend this place to anyone. Had a wonderful time here this weekend! Husband went fishing and had a place to dock his boat while the baby had fun playing in the play place. It was super peaceful and they owners were mindful of my teenager sleeping way late and didn’t start maintenance even though it was 11 and I said it was ok. I thought that was very considerate to even think of him! Plus they brought toys to our cabin for my 16 month old to play with even though they had a lot of toys already out. It’s also very close to Mackinaw for day trips and shopping. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!
